Tyagaraja's Ramayana

A musical opera depicting the magnum opus epic of all times - The Ramayana, through the compositions of one of the greatest composers of the millenium, Saint Tyagaraja.
While Tyagaraja composed other operas like Prahalaada Bhakti Vijayamu and Naukaa Charitam, he did not specifically create an opera "The Ramayana". However, his compositions reveal that he often imagined himself to be one of the characters in the life of Lord Rama vying for closeness to his ishta devata - just as Sita, Lakshmana and Anjaneya did.
With the guidance and blessings from Swami, I take this unique opportunity to present Tyagaraja's Ramayana.
